The home is thoughtfully designed across two levels, offering a great balance between shared spaces and privacy:
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two queen beds), both with ensuite bathrooms. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, dining room, two living areas, and a guest half bathroom, along with direct access to the outdoor area with a private pool.
On the upper floor, there is an additional living area and four bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom with two queen beds shares a bathroom with a third bedroom with one queen bed. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and an in-room gym.
The outdoor area features a private pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while the in-home gym allows you to stay active during your stay.
Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, private parking spaces, and everything needed for a comfortable and seamless experience.

If there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival, we’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is available at a cost of half the nightly rate, as we need to block that day for preparation.
All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Yes, we have another house located 5 minutes walking distance from this one.
We also manage apartments about a 10-minute drive away, as well as additional homes and apartments in beach and mountain locations.
6. Is parking available?
Yes, the house includes private parking spaces.
Additional street parking may also be available nearby.
7. Are parties or events allowed?
Parties and events are not allowed.
Moderate music is permitted as long as it does not disturb neighbors.
Please respect quiet hours and the residential nature of the area.
8. Is cleaning available during the stay?
Yes, daily cleaning is available for $150.

9. Is luggage storage available?
We do not offer formal luggage storage.
