Mar de Estrellas Stay

Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity.

La atención en el restaurante muy mal te atienden con mala cara y parece que te van a regalar las cosas, se tardan muchísimo en entregar los alimentos y todo de muy mal humor

Nos quedamos en la suite y fue la mejor decisión, el hotel nos gustó mucho, la playa estaba limpia, lo único que mejoraría sería el servicio de camastros y el servicio que ofrecen para comer en el área de alberca.

se debe mejorar el mobiliario ya que por momentos es insuficiente, tambien mas personal para manterner el area de alberca limpio y ordenado cuando se piden alimentos al restaurant y definitivamente tener los alimentos suficientes de lo que ofrece su carta, ya que hubo platillos que pedimos y no se tenian.
