Boa área externa porém problemas internos

Área externa: Ótima, 2 churrasqueiras, 2 varandas, piscina, jardim bem cuidado e bem iluminado, 3 vagas. Bairro simples e residencial, com comércio e há 12 min de carro do centro. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro externo e alguns dias depois um tecnico resolveu. As 2 varandas são espaçosas, porém quando chove apresentam goteiras grandes. Área interna: O anúncio diz 3 suites com ar condicionado, porém infelizmente 1 deles não funcionou e fez MUITA falta. O tecnico esteve lá e condenou o equipamento, pois era muito velho e recomendou que a host comprasse um novo. O outro ar funcionou, porém com goteiras que pingavam sobre a cama e atrapalhavam o nosso sono. A instalação também permitia a entrada de luz. Um tecnico foi la consertar a goteira e acabou piorando a situação, fazendo o ar fazer mais barulho, gelar menos e entrar mais luz. O quarto com ar split funciona, porém a cortina é quase transparente o que faz entrar muita claridade. A geladeira funciona, porém precisa de manutenção nos botões e no sistema de resfriamento (algumas prateleiras ficam com gotas de água). Host (Gabriela): Muito atenciosa e preocupada. Infelizmente, tivemos um problema grave (ar) que não foi resolvido durante os 7 dias de nossa estadia. Nosso filho ficou doente no dia do nosso checkout e e Gabriela foi gentil oferendo que ficássemos mais um dia(sem custos) por conta dos transtornos que tivemos. Não pudemos aceitar pois tinhamos compromissos em nossa cidade, mas gostamos da gentileza da Gabriela.

Ótima experiência

A casa é ótima, tem todos os utensílios, limpa, grande, arejada. A piscina é limpa e o espaço do quiosque ótimo para passar o tempo. A Gabriela e o Edinho foram super atenciosos desde o início e nos auxiliaram em tudo que precisamos. Super indico a casa, passamos 1 semana mto bem hospedamos.

Maravilhosa!

Casa maravilhosa! 03 Suites E um hall grande com sofá cama e colchão casal avulso. Sala, cozinha, varanda deliciosa e duas áreas de churrasqueira, com piscina. Tudo limpo, muito bem cuidado. Casa pertinho do centro histórico, acesso via asfalto. Atrás da casa tem um rio limpíssimo. Anfitriã e administrador da casa super atenciosos. Recomendo !

Casa maravilhosa, vamos voltar!

A casa da Gabriela é excelente , super bem equipada para uma estadia confortável e de muita curtição. Piscina limpíssima, ares condicionados gelando, área externa muito bem cuidada. Nota 1000 também para o Gelson, que nos recepcionou com muito carinho e esteve disponível todo o tempo. Obrigada Gabriela pelas férias maravilhosas. Esperamos voltar em breve.
