Wunderschöne Villa, sehr schlechter Service
"Auch wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Dieses Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, das Grundstück grandios, vor allem mit einer Großfamilie mit vielen Kindern. Aber vor allem das Inventar ist renovierungsbedürftig!Toilettenspülungen gehen nicht richtig, die Gartenmöbel sind nicht in vollem Umfang vorhanden oder kaputt, die Spülmaschinen und Waschmaschinen verlieren sehr viel Wasser und noch vieles mehr.Uns wurde ebenfalls -wie bei den Gästen der vorherigen Bewertung von 2024- erst nach Buchungsabschluss bei Fewo-direkt von Happy-Rentals mitgeteilt, dass eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Endreinigung in Höhe XXX (Summe darf lt. FeWo direkt nicht genannt werden) fällig wird. Dann wurde uns vor Ort vorgeworfen, diese nicht bezahlen zu wollen. Der Kontakt vor Ort spricht kein Wort Englisch, wenn man also nicht absolut sattelfest italienisch spricht, wird die Kommunikation sehr schwierig. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen. Das ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Happy rentals fungiert hier als Zwischenvermieter, der Kontakt im Verbindungsformular ist NICHT der Kontakt vor Ort. Von einer Direktvermietung kann also keine Rede sein. Fazit: wunderschöne Villa mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool, aber der gesamte Service hinterlässt einen sehr faden Nachgeschmack. Deshalb ist die Villa nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. "
