Ceci est mon propre petit "pied Ă  terre Ă  Paris ... situĂ© juste derriĂšre le musĂ©e Picasso ... un loft de 40 mĂštres carrĂ©s ... parquet, grande salle de bains avec une statue en bois de Ganesh vous donnant; l'endroit est plein de charme ... vous ĂȘtes autorisĂ© Ă  parler aux peintures africaines sur les murs ainsi que des statues indigĂšnes de Colombie et du Mexique ... le piano droit est lĂ©gĂšrement hors de l'air, mais mon ancien voisin du dessus ne blĂąme vous pour elle ...

L'appartement a été totalement rénové Avril 2013. Nouvelle cuisine complÚte, salle de bains neuve, nouvelle peinture, électricité neuve, beaucoup de choses ...

L'endroit est trÚs calme et fraßche. Il a de bonnes vibes '' ... un de ces endroits, pour une raison étrange, vous vous sentez bien là ... Voilà ce que les gens me disent de toute façon ...

Pour situer l'appartement, vous ĂȘtes Ă  30 secondes du MusĂ©e Picasso ... Je ne dĂ©crirai pas le quartier, vous devez savoir maintenant ...

S'il vous plaĂźt noter qu'il n'y a pas de vue ... Ne vous attendez pas Ă  voir la Tour Eiffel ou Dieu sait quoi d'autre monument de Paris; tu ne seras pas.

Paolo’s flat was the perfect home for our week in Paris. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood in La Marais, close to great restaurants and fun shops. The flat was just as pictured and Paolo was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

Apartment was as described, large studio in the heart of the Maria’s. Newly renovated, freshly painted and very clean. Lovely big, comfortable bed, easy to navigate washing machine and dryer, great little kitchen and a very welcome bathtub.Communication with Paolo was excellent with quick replies to any queries. I loved everything about my stay. The location is fabulous and the host was wonderful. Paolo stayed in contact with me, everything was easy. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate, with lots of storage space, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were lovely. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building. This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paolo, it was an exceptional stay.

The apartment is located in Le Marais, one block from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the owner provides helpful information to enhance your stay. It’s within easy walking distance to two metro lines which will get you to any place you may want to visit in the city. Many good restaurants nearby and within a ten minute walking radius of the apartment. The apartment feels must larger than the stated size and was a great place to relax after longs days of sightseeing.

Simply wonderful. Our stay could not have been easier or better. Paolo is a very good host and communicator. We had no problems finding or getting into the apartment. We felt like we had our own slice of Paris. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need and is located next to cafes, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and had a remarkable time. We most certainly would book again.

Great little spot in the artist district

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! What a beautiful city and tons of places just a short walk from the unit. Once we were used to the metro and buses getting anywhere was quite easy. Paolo was an excellent host and great communicator!

The perfect hideaway in Paris

I loved staying at this property! The Marais area of Paris and the Apt is just great, super clean and easy to check in .Everything that you would want is there for you to use from the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. Paolo is an amazing host and always ready to answer any concerns you would have. I highly recommend this place .

A hidden gem, in the fabulous Marais!

We were quite lucky to not only find this gem, but were supported by a kind and supportive host! The neighborhood is fabulous. It is a real lived in arrondissement, filled with absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel like you are actually Parisian; not a tourist.

Returning and Getting To Know the Extraordinary Marais Better

This is a one of a kind apartment, everything and more than the high expectations that the photos and information conveyed to us when we were looking for a place to stay in the midst of the Marais. For a week we thoroughly enjoyed re-visiting old favourites and finding many more, helped greatly by Paolo's recommendations. Paolo's rental would be our first choice any time we return to central Paris.

Fantastic stay in le Marais

We loved our stay in Paolo’s Place. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. It was quiet, warm and cosy even on a cold night. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Everything you need was provided and the place was spotless. The washer and dryer worked well. The location was fantastic. Lots of cafes and shops as soon as you step out of the building. Picasso museum is visible across the square. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Good place to come home to

It was not your cookie-cutter VRBO. It was interesting and colorful and gave us the feeling that it uniquely reflected the personality of the owner. It was a good place to come home to after a busy day. This apartment is larger and more roomy than the pictures show because it has truly separate areas, including a kitchen area, a bathroom-laundry room combination, and a toilet room (water closet, powder room). The amenities are also ample. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer. One more thing: There is no traffic noise even though you are in a busy location. Stayed there comfortably for the whole month of July and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at Paolo's apartment. It is located on a quiet, peaceful street that is just two streets away from a bustling area with everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, a park, pharmacy, wine shop, etc.). The surrounding blocks are filled with restaurants and shops, we loved exploring the neighborhood. It is within easy walking distance of Notre Dame, Saint-Chapelle, the Louvre, and the luxembourg gardens/the Latin quarter, and there are nearby metro stations that took us to Gare du Nord, the Eiffel Tower, etc. The apartment itself was spacious and we loved having the kitchenette and laundry. Everything was as described in the listing and it was great communicating with Paolo. We had a perfect week and when we're in Paris again we would love to stay again!

Matthew was extremely responsive and had great details for self-check-in process, as well as great information about the neighborhood. Apartment was wonderfully decorated, extremely comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed (even books to read and maps/descriptions of Paris). Neighborhood was magnificent. We felt like we were in our own little Parisian neighborhood as we visited the same Bistro every morning for our Croissants and Cappuccino and had lovely dinners at the the neighborhood Bistros every evening. Nearby grocery stores and markets had great items to bring back to the apartment and the nearby Patisseries had the best bread and pastries we've encountered! Easy walk to Seine and all the more bustling touristy sections of town. Highly recommend!!!
