Friendly and helpful reception staff, having a clean room with a safe and it's closeness to transport links (5 minute walk to train or metro) were the positives. Stair areas and halls were filthy. Walls are paper thin and the noise level of people shutting doors and talking was high. There were ear plugs provided however not everyone can or should wear these. The area itself late at night felt unsafe. Didnt take any photos of the room as was disappointed and wasn't what we expected.

While the staff was helpful, and the room was clean. The property needs updated and it does exist in a neighborhood known for pickpocketing even my taxi driver warned me of this area.

Good place to stay

The stay in this hotel was fine if you look for a place where is average this is a good choice. There was problem with hot water in the morning, as I needed to run water for over 10 minutes to become warm to take shower. The hotel is next to busy streets when windows are closed the noise didn't bother my sleep so im very happy with. Overall good place to stay depends on what you expect.

Convenient location but noisy.

The room was comfortable and clean. However, the street noise kept us awake - despite the hotel supplying ear plugs. Very convenient for onward travel from Gare du Nord.

Our room was small but perfect! It was on a corner had a lovely view of tree tops with a balcony, table and chairs. Great breakfast, great restaurants nearby, great public transport, walking dulistance to the Gare-du-Nord train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

The room.was clean comfortable - a little small for what we get in the USA but we understand. The hotel was at a very convenient location - close to Gare du Nord, metro, bus, restaurants. Breakfast was good.

This is an older hotel but it has undergone renovation in the past. The staff were professional and polite. The room was adequate and had a small balcony overlooking the street. Everything was clean. The breakfast they offer in the morning was very good and the seating area includes outside tables. It is close to Gare du Nord so transportation to anywhere in Paris including the airport is fast and convenient. I would stay here on another trip to Paris.
