Great price, but really there is no bed there— you can technically pull out the sofa but the carpet prevents you from doing that easily. You also have to download an app to get to the door, plus the VRBO app — I had to buy a SIM card once in Paris just to get in. On the plus side it is quite clean, the communication was great, and the location was ideal for me.
