Welcome to our brand-new atelier, nestled in a serene internal courtyard. This tranquil retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two Queen-size beds and one double bed. Everything you need is included, making it the perfect home base during your stay.

The spacious bathroom easily fits two tall people (I’m 1.90m myself) and is fully equipped with a hair dryer, dresser, and all necessary toiletries, including soaps and towels.

Conveniently located, you can reach Le Marais, République, Place de la Bastille, and Le Père Lachaise by metro in under 15 minutes. Enjoy dining at least five restaurants, each rated 4.6 or higher on Google, within a 5-minute walk, and explore a variety of gourmet food shops—specializing in meat, cheese, and champagne—just 3 minutes away walking.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a steam oven, for all your culinary needs. Relax with TV and films on a home cinema system, or get work done with an extended double-screen setup. Unlimited WiFi is also included.
