The room that we booked and payed for turned out to be not available. We called them to tell them what our time of arrival was and they didnt recognize our reservation, later through texts they told us there was water damagein the room that we booked. Expedia did help us where they could and were very friendly and eager to solve it.
I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate
