citizenM is a unique hotel. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel has no lobby in the traditional sense, but rather a large “living room”, with couches, small tables, armchairs etc. - a pleasant place to hang out. Location is right on the Champs Elyssee, an easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast is good. A rooftop bar has a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended.

The service is outstanding. I would give it/them 6 stars if I could. Our room was small, but the other common areas overshadowed that. Including the rooftop terrace (to watch the lights on Tour Eiffel) and ground level outdoor courtyard! The hotel has a Euro modern vibe.

My only issue was with the timing of room cleaning. They always appeared at 3 or 4 pm after we’d been out of the room for hours and just needed a rest before dinner.
