I am not sure how they expect guests to get in to the apartment if no door key fob was provided to enter into “Flander” building. Instructions said to use code for the intercome, but if there is no one in the apartment, one won’t be able to get in. We had to wait for other tenants to enter or exit building to let us in or bother security which is a long walk from the apartment. Extremely inconvenient and waist of our time. When we discovered the issue, we called and emailed the company, but got no response.
