We arrived at this hotel at around 11.45pm to find that they did not even have my booking in the system. I showed the confirmation for 2 rooms but they only had one. Whilst the staff were helpful, this was not acceptable to have booked and paid for a room and the hotel not to have a record of it. We were also advised to book a transfer at 5am to the airport as there were 6 of us despite advertising and airport transfer as being available. I finally got a room and it was one double bed instead of a twin room I booked so my 18 year old son and I had to share a bed and then I had to pay to get back to the airport at 5am as even though airport shuttle is advertised it is a small hopper that goes between several hotels and cannot be reserved so there is no guarantee of a seat.

Perfect end to a trip to France. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I felt this room was nicer than my room at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris. Arthur, at the front desk helped us get to Orly and even arranged a late check out. Highly recommend.

The staff, I am not sure of their names, were outstanding. They helped us when our booking was messed up, helped us understand the metro system, and ordered us a taxi for the next day. Being in a foreign city when already frustrated, the staff helped make it better.

Housekeeping tried to steal my Husband’s luggage. We went to do the checkout and my husband forgot his luggage in the room. He went back in less than 5 min and his luggage was gone. The guy in customer service said he could not do anything, all he could do is just make a report. Long story short. I threaten them with the police and magically the luggage appeared in the room again. Hilton do better!!

Location, is like a ghost city, very expensive, 2 cheese burgers with fries and 2 sodas $68.00. No coffee in the rooms, you have to pay for the coffee in lobby. no toilet paper in the room, the Manager was very rude. At cheeck out my nephew's was luggage got missing, when we asked to call the police all a sudden appears. I will not recommend, this hotel.
