The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is very convenient. However, the bathtub drain in my room was clogged. I reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Aside from that issue, the overall experience was pleasant.

We had 2 rooms. The first room was small. The air conditioning kept pumping out heat. The engineer came twice and said it was fine. It was not. A portable air conditioner was brought in and it did little to help. The staff would not move us to a new room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
