We adored our stay at the Grand Coeur Latin. I’m the kind of person that obsesses over choosing the best possible hotel for my family’s needs and I absolutely scored with this one. Comfort, cleanliness, the ROBES, friendly and helpful staff, location, walkability…this hotel has it all. The shining star is their pool. It’s huge, clean, spa-like. I will never stay anywhere else in Paris. One thing to note is size of room. Other reviews mention they are tight and it’s true. My teen daughter and I stayed in the Superior Double Room (194 sq ft) which didn’t have a lot of space to spread out but it was fine for us for two nights. There is limited storage if you want to unpack so we left our suitcases out. If we were there for longer, I’d have tried to figure out a way to unpack and settle in. I’d also look into a Jr Suite if we were staying longer.

This was a great hotel and a great location. We had the family suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Rooms are small but that’s to be expected. My only complaint is the rooms are warm - they’re air conditioned but you can’t lower it past 22°C …. Other than that, I’d highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. The staff are insanely friendly. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, and the air conditioning works perfectly. You can also open up the windows to the courtyard where you will be met with quiet and an occasional pigeon cooing! It was so quiet, the beds were comfortable, the shower was warm with great water pressure, the pillows were great. Honestly, everything about this hotel was amazing. I was kind of hesitant initially because it was a little cheaper price than other hotels in the area. But it was well worth this day. Totally recommend.

Property was exactly as advertised, great staff, room and location. The only item keeping it from 5 stars was the AC. Coming from the states, we were used to a little cooler temp in the room. We had 4 rooms, 8 people. 5 of us had issues sleeping in low 70 degree temp.

Hotel has great decor, the pool and steam room was my favorite area, those amenities alone sold me. Rooms were small but modern, The last 3 nights the bathroom door stayed open because we could not close it, it’s a pocket door with an groove that only someone without fingernails could work, but then again, my mother doesn’t have nails and couldn’t close it either. There is no kitchen but breakfast is served for an extra fee, they partner with a nearby establishment. Mostly pastries, but I did not have it during my stay. The bar is very nice, photo worthy but closes way too early, never had a drink bc of that. Hotel is extremely quiet, so if peace is what you’re looking for, this is it. Oh and there’s a spa I guess, or a massage room, I spoke to the aesthetician who was knowledgeable, sorry I didn’t have time to get a facial.

Nice location although a lot of homeless and drug users around the vicinity (for those not accustomed to seeing it on the daily, I recommend a different arrondisement or area of the Latin Quarter; a few blocks make a big difference). Bathroom was open concept shower so the entire bathroom floor soaked after each shower. Plumbing smells emanated from the shower pipe, perhaps due to heat wave. Rooms are small as promised by any hotel in quartier Latin. Hotel clearly well maintained and modernized. Exceptionally clean. The spa was a nice touch (after hot day pool dip was great). Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I would return to this hotel 1000%. It was really lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked VERY well. The shower, bathroom, and size of my room were all excellent. Elevators were great, fast, and quiet. The pool was outstanding. The bar was quiet and a nice respite at the end of the day. The lobby was comfortable. I can't say enough good things! I will be back!
