Relaxed neighbourhood.

Great hotel and excellent location. The 12th district is lovely in that you are close enough to everything you need, but in a more quiet and touristy area. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. We didn't stay for long, but everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through Gare de Lyon.

The hotel was good other than for some reason the room I booked and paid for was not available but I did see people checking into it just after they checked us into our room which was much smaller, double bed and no balcony. We paid for a superior king with balcony and chairs.

Doesn’t correspond to 4-stars Hotel

It’s not really 4-stars Hotel. The quality of products are very poor (ie: Soap, shower gel, etc). Even water is Tap water at room temp (No minibar, No empty Fridge). The offered tea and Coffee are the worst you can propose (Which 4-stars Hotel is proposing Lipton Tea in 2025?!) The Employees are, however, very nice and kind. Breakfast is Medium (or M-). It doesn’t justify 17€/person. Apologies for the negative feedback.

Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett ist bequem und der kleine Balkon toll. Metro 50 Meter, viele Cafes ums Eck. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Badedmantel inklusive, Lediglich im Badezimmer fehlen ein paar Hacken um etwas aufzuhängen.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel . Rooms are not large but in central Paris very few hotel rooms are . Lady on reception was especially pleasant. Very good service . Opposite a metro station which is fantastic and makes getting around very quick and easy . There is also a supermarket a one minute walk away which is very convenient.

The location was perfect for our stay, right next to the Metro 6 station! The staff is AMAZING!! They were VERY helpful and so nice to talk with! I recommend the breakfast option, it has a lot of good choices!
