Basic accommodation with is ok. Area was close to trains but not that nice. No issues but having explored Paris other options would ba e been better. Staff were helpful with questions.

There room was clean. Breakfast is simple, good croissant bread and jam, cereal and juice. The coffee was not to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The immediate neighborhood is noisy.

Location is very good , so many food outlets around , location is great, very close to metro stations and bus transport. However become noisy in the morning due to heavy traffic in close vicinity. Hotel , room was very small, the private bathroom was small and cramped, the bath area was elevated and risky for older people because of tub slope . Receptionists we met from time to time , one female and two males, were very nice and supportive, very helpful and speak and understand English well. Keeping in view the low budget hotel , I will rank the hotel excellent for its location and staff , however for room itself is good , and the washroom was average.

We appreciate the staff in this hotel! They were able to check us in early. The area however was noisy in the night and lots of ambulance were passing by. The hotel could be more updated as some amenities are outdated, but overall a good stay for a night!

Very convenient, really close to the metro and train starion (east) as well as vibrant night life. Just the spot to stay. Nice, clean, safe and reasonably priced. Outside the hotel it might look sketchy but it is not! I would stay there during my next visit to Paris.

The room had really think walls meaning you could hear others talking in their rooms or the corridor. The loft was also really small meaning no more the 2-3 people or 1 with bags could use it at once. The hotel is close to Gare du Nord and the staff were friendly.

The hotel in very bad location. It is un safe area, you will feel likethere are gangs around you. The room is very dirty and the bed sheets is not clean my son got bitten by bedbugs. He was very itchy and we felt dirty everytime we sat on the beds. And we had to buy him medicine for his bite. Also i have to metion this because its disturbing and disgusting. They dont change there breakfast food they just put it under the counter and leave it for the next day unclosed and out in the air. Me and my family stomach hurt for our whole stay. Need refund not good at all, the elevator is very weird.

Not happy

I don’t even know where to start. Upon arriving at 9 o’clock at night, the area was full of people just congregating around the doors to the hotel and area; we instantly did not feel safe. Inside we were greeted by a not so friendly clerk. He wasn’t rude but just not overly welcoming. Hotel itself is a lot smaller than we anticipated. The hallway to get into the rooms was narrow and awkward. I already expected everything to be small, but this was way less than what the pictures presented. The beds were rock hard in the sense that it felt like we were sleeping on cement slabs. The hotel was clean, however just very basic and not very comfortable feeling. We chose not to eat at the cafe there because it was €10 per person and that included for kids. Housekeeping did come make the beds and provide fresh towels every morning for the three days that we were there. It got very noisy at night with just the amount of people coming and going. Aside from the person manning the front desk there was nothing stopping any random person from coming up to the hotel floors and beating on doors. There were multiple times that we left and the desk was unmanned. The noise level at night was unacceptable. It was after midnight and it still sounded like people were coming and going and slamming furniture around. We mentioned on two occasions about the noise level, but nothing was done. Definitely not recommend staying here if you have a family of small children.
