Amazing stay at the Hôtel Louvre Richelieu

Amazing stay at the Hôtel Louvre Richelieu, the hotel is in a fantastic location, we walked pretty much everywhere from the Louvre which was really close, to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. We had a room on the 4th floor, which with a pram and luggage was a bit of a workout but the staff were amazing and helped with our luggage etc. Rooms were really clean and tidy, and are well equipped, albeit there is no fridge in the room there is one available to use at reception. Area around the hotel was great, plenty of restraints and a really continently located shop on the corner of the road a few doors away. Staff in the hotel where fantastic, apologies we didn’t get the male staff members name that checked us but he was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help us with everything from luggage, to help and advice to making our stay more comfortable with a baby. Would recommend this hotel and will be staying again next time we are in Paris.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was conveniently located near the new and the Opera House. The scars or a bit enclosed and it was not easy to get to my room and back down to Street level.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff was very helpful… however, the condition of the hotel in general was not very appealing… There is no elevator (lift) in the hotel and so we had to carry our luggage all the way up through the small stairs - that was a bummer!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The entrance is a little obscured but the entrance hallway is cool. There are stairs to get up to the lobby and the rooms as well. The staff where very helpful and made food recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We would stay here again.

A very good location if you don’t mind walking about 20-30 minutes to get to big attractions. The male manager during the week was very helpful with everything, from phone calls to carrying suitcases up to the top floor. The young woman wasn’t interested in helping us get our heavy suitcases from the top floor, down the stairs to the exit door. If you have physical difficulties with stairs and need help lifting, the female weekend manager isn’t interested in testing her muscular stamina for you.

Had a very nice stay here x 4 days. Centrally located close to Louvre. Staff super friendly. On check in our room wasnt ready , when ready the actually had our bags in the room. Thats service! No elevator but MANY hotels in europe dont. Very happy we stayed here.

Close to Louvre and several Metro lines for easy access about the city. Surrounding area is full of restaurants and the Palais Royal Gardens is 5 mins walk. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

Fine room, too many steps

we stayed in the top floor room. the room was fine but there were 95 steps up a narrow stairway to get to the room. no elevator. perfect location near everything.
