Excellent stay quiet room

We had a quad room which excellent, big for Paris and very well soundproofed. The bed firm but not too hard. The room was very hot in June on the row of 30+ degree days, the air conditioner struggled, by night the room was comfortable. Housekeeping forgot things like toilet paper but was easily rectified by asking at the friendly reception desk. Breakfast was lovely lots of variety to a great standard, but so many options to try around the area.

The room was ready early. The woman who helped us at check-in was very friendly. Her name was Ruth. Excellent room for a family. Everything was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. The only issue - there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The man who helped us at check-out was not kind and seemed flustered. He kept talking to himself as if irritated.

Beautiful property well connected to the metro, with restaurants and attractions nearby in a typical beautiful Parisian street. The rooms are hot during summer. There is AC but nowhere close to north American standards

Likes Clean and modern rooms. Close to public transport links and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection of hot food and continental food. Front door can only be accessed via security card, which adds to security. Dislikes Only 1 staff available during checkout, so had to wait a bit. Need to have more staff on site especially around checkout time in the morning to speed things up.
