## Space
In the very heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, this flat is ideally located to take advantage of the shops or quickly get to Paris or Versailles.
This comfortable 88 sq. m. duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without lift access. It consists of two parts: the lower section, renovated in 2021, and the upper section, built in the same year using wood-frame and environmentally-friendly materials. It features:
- an unoverlooked wooden roof terrace, on the 4th floor, accessible via the common areas,
- a balcony overlooking the street,
- a bright, air-conditioned lounge with a large bay window,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer),
- two bedrooms with double beds (140cm),
- a bathroom with shower, separate toilets,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer, hoover,
- TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system.
The common areas are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44
