What hotel doesn’t have coffee? No coffee pot in the room nor complimentary coffee in the tiny lobby. Just a strong smell of Indian food.

It took the desk clerk 10 minutes to come to the check-in desk. I rang the bell dozens of times, and the desk 7 times. When he finally arrived, deshoveled, he was unapologetic. The room was HOT because the AC had not been on, and it over an hour to get it comfortable. Unacceptable!
