This is my second stay and it checks many boxes. I did pick one of the less expensive rooms and it is small. Elevator fits 2. Coffee, tea and snacks in the afternoon are so nice to have.

Very nice hotel with an amazing location, great staff, and stylish, comfortable rooms with a mini bar. What brought my rating down to a 4 instead of a 5 was the lack of prior notice about construction that affected elevator usage—I had to take a detour from the 1st to the 3rd floor just to reach the ground level, which took away from my time exploring the city. Additionally, this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where the city tax had to be paid at checkout rather than upfront. I prefer handling that in advance, especially when you’re in a rush to leave.

The Select Hotel Rive Gauche is in a great central location one block from the Gardens and easy walk to Notre Dame. Quiet location with fountains right outside and metro stops nearby. We stayed in the Suite with 3 adults, king and twin. Spacious, full tub with large shower. Sliding dividing doors for privacy in between sleeping areas. We would stay here again.

It is right next to the Sorbonne, close to Norte dame and the metro The room itself is limited in space, the lighting isn’t great and the elevator is extremely small and slow so you might as well take the stairs The staff is excellent and really makes up for what the hotel lacks All in all this was okay but price wise you may find a better value elsewhere

They recommended walkable restaurants, provided us with a Paris map and highlighted many excellent sights not to miss. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, however it was excellent. Rooms were clean & well kept. We loved sleeping with the windows open, only because it was April.

Great location and hotel

I was only in Paris for 48 hours, so it was important to stay somewhere that allowed me to be close enough to main sites to see as much as possible. The location was perfect and the hotel was wonderful. The concierge was especially nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Quaint, Quiet, Clean & Perfect location

Very quiet and welcoming hotel. Beds were comfy and room was super clean. Tea time and lemon water was enjoyed daily. The front desk staff was always welcoming and helped us schedule and get around town. Loved the location as we walked EVERYWHERE in Paris!

Boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter

Beautiful boutique hotel right next to the University of Paris. Little cafes and creperies all around. The Pantheon are on one side where the Luxembourg Gardens are on the other. We loved our room. Just a note for those with limited mobility: I believe they only have one room that is fully handicapped accessible. There are also many stairs all throughout the hotel. We really liked the breakfast that they served in the basement. All together, we had a really nice stay

Great hotel for my first trip to Paris. Central to everything and right next to the university, so very lively at all times. There was an A/C issue for my first couple of days there but everything else went smooth. Reception was always friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure.
