The property was great. Very large and spacious and clean. The location was very close to the metro which made it very easy to get around. The neighborhood was safe and the place was very secure. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris. We were there for work and it was great having the extra apartment for stay. Looking for three bedrooms in Paris with three bathrooms is very difficult- this apartment bathrooms and more. The kitchens were well appointed with Nespresso machines. The host was most generous with pods to get our stay started. The neighborhood is very nice, cheese shop, wine shop and multiple grocery options with walking distance. We really felt like we were part of the community! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Paris!

You cannot beat the location of the property. It is very centrally located and we walked to many of the sites like the Louvre and the Arch DenTriumph. The metro is within minutes and even a main station like Montparrasse is less than ten minutes away. The owners had it stocked with necessities and there are shops at the entrance to the building that makes it very easy to purchase anything needed. The property is very secure and has three gates to go through to enter the apartment. The team was extremely responsive and I had answers literally within minutes. I also appreciated how easy it was to checkout. Effectively leave the key back where you found it - their cleaning team would take care of everything else - starkly different from other places we stayed in France. We were six - three couples in our 60s -but the apartment had only two bathrooms even though it had three showers. This was as advertised but it would have been nice for each of us to have our own bathrooms. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who wants a safe secure and large (by European standards) in central Paris. We will use them again for sure

Great location for easy access to many sites. Very close to bakery, groceries and cheese shops. Subway is 2 min walk. Host responded immediately when we had a question about checking in. Great location!

Wonderful apartment

I traveled with my family and spent a week at the apartment. It was clean and just as pictured on the listing. There was plenty of room for the five us. Also, the neighborhood was perfect. Just down the street is Le Bon Marche 
 we picked up gourmet sandwiches and drinks and had a picnic at the Eiffel Tower. The buses and subway stops are nearby as are tons of cafes and bakeries. When we first arrived, the code to the apt. did not work for us. I simply messaged on the app and they provided a new code immediately. In fact, they were incredibly responsive before arrival to after. Such a lovely place. We hope to return someday!

On the day before checkout, the property was flooded from an upstairs apt. leak and was not livable. Could not contact management company to stop and then access damage until hours later. No arrangements made to accommodate us (5 persons) until after we had left unit at their request and made arrangements for a hotel stay. Refund of partial night received after complaint filed. Asked for refund of one night's stay, security deposit, and transportation fee to new hotel which still not received. While I do understand that it was not their fault, I also know that I was not paid for a full night's stay, refund of my security deposit, and any additional consideration for our repacking and relocating to new place thru no fault of ours. Place was left clean except for towels and blankets on floor to soak up water.

Better than the pics!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well-equipped. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, drying racks, fans, etc.It is perfect for two families, as it is really two apartments that have been combined. The street is loud at night, with lots of overnight traffic. We played white noise loudly on our phones and that helped immensely. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious

We had an excellent stay! The one bedroom unit faces the courtyard and the two bedroom unit faces the street. Each has a living area, kitchen, and toilet. The two bedroom unit has two showers. It’s quite spacious. I loved that the windows open a bit at the top or fully as doors. No air conditioning (it’s Paris!) and we took advantage of the many fans throughout the unit. We didn’t cook besides making coffee and slicing baguettes, but you could. Easy walking to groceries, wine, bakeries, and cheese. I really enjoyed talking with the shopkeeper next door at Comtesse du Barry. Easy walking to Metro stops. I’d happily stay there again and hope to return to Paris soon.

Nice sized apartment

The apartment is just as described. We had 2 families, 9 total, and it was nice having somewhat separate areas with one area being a little larger to gather. The neighborhood felt safe and Had plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to grab take away within easy walking distance. We would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect apartment for a comfortable family stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment met our expectations – spacious, well-equipped, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of seven. Everything was just as described. The neighborhood was good with shops and restaurants nearby, and the apartment was just 2 minutes from the metro station. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

This place is a comfortable stay. The descriptions are accurate. It is about a minute from metro station. Essential stores/restaurants are on the same street. We were a group of eight and this place was suitable for our visit to Paris.

Perfect place in Pars!

We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

Three nights in Montparnasse

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which is excellently located in the Montparnasse area of Paris ...the flat was exactly as described. Slight problem in the entry system in the beginning with the entry system with two security codes but once we got the hang of it we found it easy. Overall perfect for a break to Paris with excellent transport connections and restaurants etc.
