What are your favorite restaurants in the neighborhood?

- Le Thaï Royal: Thai restaurant at 97 avenue d'Ivry 75013 Paris.

- Le Pho 14: The best phô (Vietnamese soups) of the 13th arrondissement in my opinion. At 129 avenue de Choisy 75013 Paris.

Do you know any cool places to go out (bars, cafes, markets, shops, etc.)?

- The Café Oz, on the roof of the city of fashion, quai d'Austerlitz. On the banks of the Seine (beautiful view and relaxed atmosphere). 34 Quai d'Austerlitz, 75013 Paris.

- L’age d’Or, a restaurant/bar at the crossroads of avenues d’Ivry and avenue de Choisy. With small concerts, art exhibitions, a very large fresco of street art on the facade which changes regularly... the place is very nice. 26 Rue du Dr. Magnan, 75013 Paris.

- The natural history museum and the acclimatization garden

- Most of the Parisian tourist sites (the quays of the Seine, Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, etc.) are very easily accessible in less than 25 minutes by the nearby metro stations: Olympiades (line 14), Tolbiac (line 7) Place from Italy (line 6, 7 and 5).

What neighborhoods do you like nearby?

- The district itself: so-called “Chinese” district, Asian. Triangle between avenues de Choisy and d'Ivry and boulevard Masséna.

- The Butte aux Cailles (entrance via Rue du Père Guérin or Rue des Cinq Diamants)

- Le Spot 13: street art gallery on a wasteland that has become an open-air gallery: 48, allée Paris-Ivry, 75013 Paris.

- The Butte aux Cailles Nordic swimming pool: 5 place Paul Verlaine 75013 Paris.

- The flowered houses of the butte aux cailles: the little Alsace at 10 rue Daviel, the square of the poplars, the floral city rue Brillet.

What are your tips for the city?

- Use the CityGem application to follow themed guided tours in different districts of Paris, often with unusual discoveries off the beaten track.

- Rent bikes or scooters to walk around more freely while remaining careful and wearing a helmet :)
