The apartment is spacious and comfortable with its large double living/dining room offering a view of Haussmannian buildings and Parisian rooftops.
One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and plenty of storage space.
Another bedroom with 90x200cm bunk beds, comfortably accommodating 2 adults. A child’s bed (70x140cm) can easily be added to the room.
The bathroom is large and functional, with a bathtub and a washing machine at your disposal.
The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, blender...) allows for comfortable cooking.
Access to the apartment is via stairs (no elevator), on the 4th floor.
Numerous bars and restaurants nearby, with excellent food shops.
Several metro lines just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to discover the different neighborhoods and monuments of Paris.
