Best time ever

Best hotel stay ever. The bed was so comfortable. They keep everything so clean and they load your luggage straight to your room. The reception is so helpful. I would love to go again.

The staff was amazing, when our driver dropped us off at the hotel, the staff outside was very warm and welcoming. Demetrios greeted us and he already knew I was going to the Empire state club, he tagged my luggage, walked me to check in desk for empire state level I was very impressed , and the first interaction matters to me so I was very pleased!! The check-in crew was also amazing, her name was Sylvia and she was very helpful. The room was great, but a couple details were omitted, the shower gel in the bathroom had not be replaced, the safe was locked and I could not unlock it. Again those are small details, but at the empire state club level rate details matter and I expected such details to be taken care of before a new guest checked in.

There was a window hidden, you couldn't find it in the room and it was open all night and caused more than great incovinience. When finally found by accident, it was too late, it was check out and got a cold with following immense illness. We seemed not yo be welcome to eat mickey mouse cake at the club lounge as club guests, they still gave us a little piece of it in the end, but it felt they didn't want to serve it. And they insisted that we try other stuff first.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being empire club guests concierge went above and beyond and those working in the lounge were fantastic particularly with our two young children. Room was very clean and great to have a proper cot. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge and we even got to meet Thor. Great location walking short distance to the park
