We literally had a room in a basement with no windows next to a pool. Our room smelled like mildew, the whole thing felt gross. All day long we heard people screaming at the pool. It totally sucked.

Everything was excellent except the things walls. I could hear the man next to us at 5am talking in the phone for 2 hours, and one of the nights a woman talking in the middle of the night. I think it's reasonable for people to be able to have a normal conversation in their room without their neighbors hearing every word of it.

The Staff was welcoming and the maids did a great job cleaning and refreshing the room. They were always working hard when we saw them. We also enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna. Thank you.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Room was very weird. We had a window that overlooked the indoor pool. The room smelled like chlorine and we could hear the pool noise. Also the ice machine was right outside our door. We could hear the machine when it was in use. Good place if you have children. Not so good if you want peace and quiet.
