Villa of 230 m2 surrounded by 3000 m2 of private land, breathtaking view of the sea (90 m), located in the municipality of Naoussa, north-east of Paros.

The villa comprises, on the ground floor level, a large living-dining room with fireplace, 49 '' flat screen TV and fans and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace.

Upper floor: bathroom and 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed; the other, with direct access to a raised terrace, includes 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be assembled, fan and air condition in each bedroom.

Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with air condition and 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be assembled, bathroom, utility room with washing machine.
In the basement: 2 single beds and one 160x200 bed in a 20 m2 blind room, boiler room.

The living room sofa converts into a bed for 2 people, increasing the sleeping capacity to 14 people. All the bedrooms (except the master room with a 180x200). have bedding allowing the arrangement into twin beds or 180x200 beds. Large closet in each bedroom.

170 m2 of terraces with sea views, divided into three pergolas: a first with built-in bench and table for 6 people (ideal for breakfast) next to the kitchen.
