There was no heat. We couldn’t get the room temperature above 60. The hot water took about 20 minutes to get like warm. The property is in need of a facelift. Paying .$20 a night for parking is insulting for a lot that is not even a quarter full.

Overall, the Hilton Parsippany is a nice place to stay with good amenities. The front desk staff is polite and prompt in responding to questions. There is an attractive lobby with a convenience store, café/bar, Ruth Chris Steakhouse and comfortable lounge seating and meeting spaces. The gym is well equipped with weights, treadmills, ellipticals and a couple Peletons. There is an indoor pool that is open, and the outdoor pool was closed (typical in the fall/winter). The Spa was not open. Our room was generally comfortable with nice beds and linens, a fridge, and a comfy built-in sofa that abuts the window-side of the room. The only thing I would say could be improved was the air conditioner. It seemed as though one side of the room did not get enough circulation. Although, in the fall it was not a concern. This hotel has a multitude of good restaurants close by (Seasons 52, Capital Grille, Miller’s Ale House) as well as Starbucks, Walgreens etc. I would stay here again.

My room’s AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Miserable heat in the room, had to open the hall door to get some cool air. This was an awful unrestful night.
