Worst hotel ever , I booked this room with a jetted tub .. the tub didn’t work it was a regular bath tub , staff was rude , we got woke up out our sleep by a whole bunch of cops , screaming for a fire inspection , Tv did not work and all they could say was there was nothing they can do about it , I hated it there room was outside , they had some lady come paint the door , it was a lot I do not recommend anyone to visit this death trap it’s disgusting i didnt stay there the next day

The property was dirty. Families live on the property a school bus pulled in and dropped children off. There were holes in the walls.the sheets had stains on them. The sink fixture was coming off the sink foundation. The baseboards were detaching from the wall. The tub was dirty. The television had only 3 channels.I left the property because I was just so uncomfortable

Upon arrival, I was given a room that was under maintenance. When I was given a new room, I had trouble with the key card and accessing the room multiple times. I had to keep traveling back and forth to the front desk about the key card.

BAIT & SWITCH— stay away!!

From the moment we got here it was one thing after another. The first room we were assigned to had a distinct and disgusting odor of animal urine and smoke. Exposed wires, door didn’t shut or lock properly, floors had been ripped up with chunks missing, it was abysmal. As I was explaining to the desk agent how unsafe I felt and that we needed a new room, a full on police raid happened in a room just a few doors down. Then we were moved to a room that was not any better. In fact it was worse as the Wi-Fi and cell service were nonexistent in the new room. Which also had a bed with such a deep divot in the middle that it was impossible to sleep. The water pressure is the equivalent of being slowly spit on, the temperature was tepid at best. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in and I travel a lot! Do not believe the photos or reviews. This is a clear bait and switch from a slumlord. It’s unsafe. Uncomfortable. And disgustingly unclean.

Worst experience imaginable, not worth it

Entire staff was rude. The a/c in room was broken, along with bathroom door, tv, and locks on the main door. We asked to be moved and were told there were no other rooms available, but two families came in after us without reservations and were given accommodations. We ended up leaving because the room was unlivable, and they were not willing to give us anything else. We were lied to about who we were talking to, as one man claimed to be the hotel owner, but then we were told nobody there was authorized to issue a refund. I asked why the owner couldn't make that happen, and then we were told he was just a relative of the owners. We were told maintenance wasn't answering the phone to fix the issues but this man, who had already lied about his identity, said he could fix it even though he had already told me he was not a maintenance technician and didn't know what was wrong. I did not trust him to allow him into our room, as it was almost midnight and we just wanted to get to sleep. I have stayed here several times in the past with no issues and had reservations for next weekend as well that I have cancelled. When I told the man claiming the owner that I would be canceling future plans there, he said, "good, we don't want you."
