Our stay lasted four nights, from Thursday, May 29th to June 2nd. As elderly guests, we encountered several challenges. There were no handicapped bars in the bathroom, making it difficult for us to get in and out of the bathtub, which was too high for us. We had to rely on the bar that holds the shower curtain for support. Additionally, the switch for the air vent in the bathroom was inoperable, and there was no microwave in the room. The receptionist instructed us to go to the lobby to warm up our food. The ice machine was also not working, so we had to go to the fifth floor to get an ice bucket and ice. While there was an ironing board, there was no iron available. To make matters worse, our view was quite poor; our window faced a wall with a small alley filled with trash. I requested another handicapped room, but my request was not accommodated. Overall, the hospitality was lacking, and I felt unwelcome throughout our stay. Despite being there for four nights, our room was never cleaned, and we had to empty our own trash.

The towel had a brown dirt stain, the fridge had stuff in it, there was a hangar jam Ed behind the bathroom mirror. The bathroom “drop down” ceiling had stains. Dirty/stained night stand, missing toggle on bathroom light switch. The mattress had what appeared to be crumbs of some kind on it. The laminate floor was sticky. If I hadn’t arrived so late I would have left.

Nice hotel; parts of the building are a little old and rundown. (parking garage, elevator, it does have a pool but it’s in shambles) Despite those things, our room was very nice and clean; and the staff we dealt with (check in and breakfast) were very nice. I couldn’t do the online pre-check in because the website was down, but actual check in was still fast and efficient. Breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, toast, pastries, coffee, orange juice) and we had no issues when it came time to leave!

For one night this is an okay option. However the place outside the hotel is scary and isolated, people popping out from everywhere asking for money. The room was clean and great but very noisy with the noise from the highway. When we got there the TV was not working and the staff was very nonchalant until I sent message through Expedia, it should not have to get to that point when I asked the front desk. Breakfast was not great. And the gym is non existent, literally 3 items in very hot room and smelly.
