Little Buffalo on property; Buffalo National River floats are a drive away. River levels vary. Guest house and barn not included. The river is an easy 5-minute walk from the house.

OFF-ROADING & TRAILS: The 28 acres include private mowed trails winding through the woods — bring your own ATV, UTV, or side-by-side and ride right here on the property. Guests bringing off-road units: a valid driver's license and a signed liability waiver are required, with a limit on units, so just message us to arrange it before your stay.
