Red Lion

Red Lion has gone downhill everywhere. Contractors were using this all week so they were comfortable and pretty loud. The place is huge and hard to find rooms. The rooms seemed clean but there’s a dingy smell and the place is ripped up and looks to be in the middle of remodeling but nothing really clues you if they are

The staff were not helpful. We stayed there for seven days and not once did they change the bedsheets or the cut sheet covers on on our mattresses or the duvet covers. The room was very dirty and filthy at all times they did very minimal cleaning and to a point where I had to ask for a clean towels every day to be replaced in our room. This is not customer service. This was this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Even though the facility is REALLY showing its age, it’s clean, quiet and the staff has been delightful!! The 1st room I was given was on the ground floor and smelled like smoke, even though it was always a non smoking room! They thought it was outside smokers. They promptly moved me to an upper level and it’s great!! The bed is really good quality. I can tell I’ll get a good nights rest here!!

We enjoyed staying at the Red Lion Inn in Pasco. The breakfast was exceptional. The pool was really nice. We loved the food at the Grizzly Bar. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Old and sketchy

It’s a very large old hotel. As a female traveling alone I wouldn’t stay there again. Walking down there long long wings and hallways just didn’t make me feel very safe. The beds were ok the pillows were terrible. They did have a bar that was open until 2am but it became a nightclub at 10. I’ve stayed at the Marriott next to the airport and would highly recommend that hotel over the red lion.

Overall this was a fine place to stay for a night. Relatively quiet - don't get nervous that it's next to an airport, didn't hear or see a single plane. The hotel is definitely old; the hallway carpet was absolutely shredded, the furniture was very dated, and just overall time capsule vibes. The room was clean, but extremely institutional feeling. Absolutely no wall art or decorations, "hardwood" floors -like the fake vinyl, almost echoey it was so plain. This place was fine as a quick one night stay, but not a place to settle in to.
