Nice stay!

Nice hotel, clean. Friendly staff. The outdoor pool was perfect on a hot day. The jets in the hot tub were not working great but clean and hot. There is a great breakfast included and a restaurant and bar located in the hotel as well

Who’s in Charge ?

It was a very noisy weekend at this hotel and nobody would answer phones at the front desk to deal with it - tried calling each night and nobody would respond. Field a complaint with the hotel and it took 4 days to get a response.

After a full days of work, then driving 6 hours to pasco for a softball tournament…. We find out that red lion didn’t have the room I reserved on Expedia and stuck me with a single queen room. They don’t have cots or rollout beds. I wasn’t refunded any money for the double queen I paid for. The manager never called me Saturday morning like the front desk clerk advised. Our girls play suffered. And at check out, the desk person wouldn’t print me out a break down of what was charged. Nor would they print me out the price of the room for the weekend. But was capable of verbally informing me on the cost.

We were told our room was not cleaned and ready at check in. They had us sit and wait while they did a walk through to see if it was ready. After an hour, my husband and I were done giving the staff at the counter “the look” so he walked over to ask about the room. Magically it was ready at that time. Dirty stained and worn couch in the room. It was a parlor suite.

The only thing that works in the gym are the dumbbells. The restaurant food was overcooked and yet somehow still lukewarm when served. The staff also did not enforce any quiet hours around the pool… immediately outside the rooms.

There are 3 things that i wanted to share: 1) I forgot to take my ID back when i checked in. I realized it after a few hours after the check in. It would have been nice to get a call from the front desk notifying that my ID is with them. 2) The room given to me was facing toward the courtyard where there was a loud music and party organized by a large group until 11 pm. My flight was early in the morning and i was able to sleep only a few hours before. I could have given less noisy room or at least i could have given a prior notification when i checked in, if there is no other room available 3) When i asked for receipt, i was told that i should be getting the receipt from Expedia and the receipt was not given to me. But i have been booking almost all my reservations via Expedia and every property i stay gives me the receipt whenever i ask them, paper or email or sometimes both. I would consider staying another property next time when i am in the region.

Clean facility but old and worn out. Breakfast was warm and average. Not appropriately staffed for dining area only two waitresses for a convention with over 500 people. Management team and front desk team was snarky. No closet in rooms. Odd not able to hang my clothes and was there for a convention. We are a national charitable foundation and will recommend to our board not too book here again. No hot water for shower. Luke warm at best. Ww

The once grand Red Lion brand has lowered to an old, dirty, dusfinctiona property across the board. Sad that we have a long term contract for our annual conference. They barely are able to manage our large group.
