Our room was changed due to the original room being unsafe for our child. It was downgraded so we were advised we would get a refund. However I had to contact the hotel a week later for this refund.
We also had a broken shower so I was unable to wash before we left - the staffs option of waiting until 9am the following day once they had cleaned another room to use their shower was inadequate as we had to leave before then. Plus I wanted to wash the evening before. We also had a toddler with us so it was very inconvenient and we received no apology or compensation since even though I raised the issue multiple times. In the hotel they advised the manager would be In touch which he hasn’t.
