It was more like a home stay , they didn’t have iron or housekeeping 24/7.The drainage system in bathroom wasn’t working and when asked to assist they were super rude . As we had an early checkout as asked for to go breakfast which wasn’t accommodated as well . One of us fell sick and no guidance or medicine was available. Very basic for the amount charged . No cooperation from the night staff especially. Felt they were super staffed and same basic breakfast menu with limited options was available. The kitchen incharge was extremely rude . We had a bitter experience at this hotel .

南向きの部屋だったが、窓が大きく開放的でバルコニーも付いていて良かった。また、部屋にシンクと電気ポット、電子レンジもついていたので食事のバリエーションも色々出来て良かった。

No window in the hotel room.

Hotel is a nice hotel. But the room that we stayed had not a window which we can öpen and take fresh air. Thats the only problem of the hotel . All other is very good.
