The front desk staff are magnificent. They immediately upgraded me to a Deluxe room. Unfortunately, there were problems in the room. I took pictures of it and went back to the front desk. The clerk sent the pics to the manager and within minutes, I was moved to a Jr. Suite – which was magnificent. The breakfast was included and was very good. The Pooh Beach Resort is a three-minute walk to the beach. You must put this place on your “to stay list” when in Jomtien. Thanks again to the wonderful front desk staff and management for a fabulous 5 days.

Great location very nice big rooms. Hotel was under construction so a bit of noise and drywall dust around. Breakfast Buffett was limited but very nice. I would definitely stay again. Staff were very very helpful and courteous

Ganske udmærket

Dejligt hotel lige for enden af soi white house. Alt er sådan set godt nok , bortset fra deres morgenmad,som ikke er specielt velegnet til western folk. Dog kan man vælge at tage sin morgenmad hos Bryghuset som kun ligger 50 meter fra hotellet,og der har de komplet dansk morgenmad.

Bra hotel i stökig miljö

Hotellet i sig är riktigt trevligt, med öppen pool och tillräckligt många solstolar. Det känns skapligt fräscht och rummen är rymliga och sängarna kändes riktigt bra. Badrummet kändes lite trångt med både dusch och badkar. TV med många kanaler. Frukost var helt ok. Servicen var riktigt bra, även om en del personal inte pratade engelska. Dock finns det inget spa på hotellet, som utlovas i beskrivningen, så du får söka dig utanför om du vill ha spabehandling, och det kan vara lång väg att gå för att hitta ett bra ställe. Och där kommer det negativa. Gatan in till hotellentrén var fylld av barer och nattklubbar. Hög volym (även om det inte störde alltför mycket till hotellet) och mycket folk på kvällarna. Det kändes lite som att löpa gatlopp mellan alla som ville man skulle besöka deras barer. Om hotellet låg på annan plats skulle jag ge det mycket högre betyg, men miljön runt omkring drar tyvärr ner det.
