Sutus Court i in a great location, right in the heart of central Pattaya, and the price I got was very reasonable. However, it is only a 3-star hotel, so you shouldn't be expecting what you would receive ina 4 or 5-star hotel.

a fantastic location. the young lady cleaner was really nice. rooms are very basic but quite affordable. A/C and fan were both all on or all off. Blew right down on your face giving me eye irritation.

Happy days

This was my second stay in 2 years, 1st stay was for 2 weeks and this one was for 4 weeks, I did not like my first room and requested a change and got in in 24 hours at a cost, the 2 rooms were completely different and the paid for updrade was 100% worth it, I didn't realise the Sutus Court 1 to 5 reflected the quality of each room, overall very happy with the whole experience both within the hotel and the attached restaurant 100% to all who looked after me.
