Shipyard Village B13 Oceanfront is at Litchfield by the Sea and has a great view of the beach and ocean. This condo recently updated the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The living area has an oceanview through floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The dining area has a wet bar with ice maker. The spacious primary suite features floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean and a private bathroom with garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Other bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink and there is a full bath in the hallway. There is also a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. Other amenities include reserved covered parking. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Check-In: Saturday - Saturday during the Summer. Weekend and Monthly rentals available Spring, Fall, and Winter

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Oceanfront Shipyard B13 Great Ocean View, Beautiful Kitchen, Large Pool offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
