We stayed with our two children and the layout worked okay for us, but if people are not traveling with family, this home is probably not ideal. The primary bedroom is in an upstairs loft space with NO doors (not for the bedroom, the bathroom or the toilet closet). The two secondary bedrooms are small and share a small bathroom. One of the bedrooms has the laundry facilities as well. They are located right off a secondary living room, which we found very useful. The views are gorgeous. The kitchen is large with nice upgrades and had everything we needed. There are two balconies and an outdoor patio with a fireplace (& smore kit is provided which was a nice touch). The beds weâre comfortable with nice plush bedding, plenty of towels & wash cloths, however it was pretty chilly during our stay and there was only one throw blanket for movie watching. They did provide great beach towels. Check in was annoying as you have to go to the rental
Office in Monterrey. The staff never mentioned going thru a checkpoint/gated section or that we wouldnât need to pay the $12 toll, so after a long travel day, these aspects were off-putting. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I think it just falls short of 5 stars, however most items could be remedied
