Nice older hotel. Looks like the carpet was removed and replaced with some nicer flooring. I hope in time, they will update the bathroom and replace the mattresses. Other than that, for the price we paid, it is still a great value

The staff was amazing. I loved the free drink and salad and the breakfast was great. It sits right next to a freeway and I swear there were tunes I thought the trucks were driving through my room. Very noisy

Usually we love this hotel, but this time not so much. Entering the room there was a strong unpleasant, almost mildewy smell. I think it was the A/C unit. Since the hotel was totally sold out, and it was late we couldn't move rooms. We got some fragrant blooms from outside to mask the smell. Also, two bath towels is not enough for two people. (I use one for my hair, one for my body.) I know I could ask for more, but shouldn't have to. Also no bar/face soap at sink, just shower dispensers. Lastly, breakfast drink machine was broken, breakfast had less food variety than before.

The person that checked us in stated that she was happy we didn’t bring our service animal as she does not feel that people should travel with their animals and it doesn’t matter if they need them don’t bring them to her work. Service was poor

Staff was awesome, but the carpets were filthy in my room, the bed was not very comfortable, and the layout was very akward. I also had to track down my own towels. For the price, I expected better. The staff was awesome though, very friendly and kind!!!

Good place to stay

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The only problem we had was the bar/bistro was only open till 7:30 pm and was only able to serve wine or beer. The kitchen was also closed due to staffing issues.

The front desk staff was great, but it needs updating and just basic fixes. My AC squeaked like a door opening each time it turned off, the bathroom didn't have a fan but it had a vent cover screwed into the wall to make it look like there was one (..? weird), the window wasn't sealed properly so I could hear the smokers outside coughing and their smoke would seep into the room, and the carpet had stains. Needs a remodel and/or a deep deep clean.
