We did not get clean towels or empty garbage night 1, we asked, they said they forgot to tell us we have to ask for it. Really? Never anywhere has that been the case. The check in desk man was rude and very sharp tongued

We enjoyed our stay at the RedLion. It was quiet, we had a great view of the land outside our room. The staff was helpful and provided us with supplies quickley and were there if we had any problems.

Our room was beyond dirty. I understand that it is an older hotel but I was unable to find one thing in there that I was comfortable touching. Ceilings looked like they had some sort of sticky substance on them, huge gaps/broken fixtures in the shower, toilet was filthy, sink had substantial spiderweb crack, light fixtures were coated in filth, inner sheer curtains at the slider were torn and filthy….The list goes on.. I paid $265 for one night. I’d say I got taken advantage of just because it was during the roundup and they jacked up their rates.

Hotel needs to be seriuosly updated. Lobby looked new, but was hot, no AC in lobby. Hotel light outside on street was not totally lit up, showing lack of maintenance. Our room had an ant crawing on the table next to the bed and the bathroom had some kind of web with dead insects in it on the floor by the door. Maids should have been able to see that. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that.

Liked pet friendly although the dog walking area was limited and a little bit of a high step to get out door, especially for older people. VERY disappointed the testaurt they pictured has been closed for 2 years. That was the reason we picked this hotel. NOT happy with that!

The room was large and it was quiet.Field fire to west of the motel, so power was shut off for several. hours.It was a HOT day..so no AC due to fire. We went outside after sunset..so diminishing light..walked back to motel on East side of it. There were two shorter concrete pillars with a low cable strung between them to keep cars out. This cable was not marked with anything..usually on things like this there may be a reflector as a "heads Up". It was like a "trip cable" that caught my partner midshin..neither of us saw it due to it not being marked at all, plus low light. My partner fell forcefully flat on his front side. Lights were still out in the motel. We went back to the room, my partner had a first aid kit and we had flash lights, he was bleeding profusely on both legs and knees. We got him cleaned up and used bandaids from his first aid kit. An aside is that no breakfasts served, just weak coffee..no coffee makers, but there was fridge and microwave.

Just needs updated a little. The sliding patio door was really hard to operate. I think we may have pulled it off the track trying to close it. There was a piece of tile baseboard behind the toilet that was on the floor upside down when we arrived.
