clean room; helpful, friendly staff, really good breakfast and coffee choices… pool/hot tub should be occasionally monitored - got quite loud at times - children jumping into pool and running around on wet tiles around pool - hot tub got way too crowded - the ‘maximum of 6’ rule on the wall was not followed in the hot tub. internet did not connect - username and password did not work - connection was not secure so we did not use the “free internet”. overall very nice place to stay, just don’t plan on using the internet or the hot tub.

the room actually was very nice, spacious, clean. the king bed was very comfortable. the biggest problem was one of the smaller entries close to our rm 120, the gutter was leaking continuously. forming black ice, was extremely slippery. I almost fell a few times. I reported it to the desk person 3 times for them to put salt out there. I felt more worried about your guest than your staff. Sad. If I fell you'd be talking to my lawyer, not me

Room was spotless bathroom very Clean Was a little concerned with the height of the bed its not normal bathroom was a little tight. Breakfast was very very disappointing, the coffee was Burnt there was no juice avail, yhe bananas were ready for banana bread, pancakes had a horrible taste, the Egg bites were like rubber (1 fell off my plate and bounced across the floor) bacon seemed to be the only thing that 2as edible.

The staff was great the amenities were ok juice machine was broke and there was only orange juice provided at breakfast or room was right next to stairwell that won’t happen again for us since the door slammed every time someone went in and out 15 times at 5 am and sporadically through out the day and after 10 pm til at least midnight 37 times but who’s counting there was no luggage rack in room so that was a pain but staff was great
