Staff was courteous and helpful but communications about room issues did not get passed to along to appropriate personnel consistently. Once the maintenance person got involved, the problem was resolved quickly and he was extremely helpful. Room was clean but worn in a few spots.

We reserved a room that had a view of the lake which of course was an upgrade. The smallest windows I’ve ever seen. Disappointed to say the least. Room average. Breakfast ok. Staff very nice. Hotel has a great location too bad they didn’t install larger windows when it was built.
