Water damage and black mold everywhere

This location is so fantastic. I assume that because of this- they don’t need to keep up with the place. Visible black mold on air vents throughout the house. Master shower has fuzzy mold growth on the stone “tiles” and covering exhaust fan. Paint is bubbling near sinks which is indicative of active water damage and mold growth. Liquid splatters (unknown substance) on master bedroom headboard and walls. Master bedroom walls covered in thick dust near windows. Decorative pillows are stained and disgusting. Kitchen had active German roaches. Hand rails going up stairs are so dirty that they have a sticky, black texture. Baseboards in kitchen and stairwells are so dirty that they are black. Couches had food between seats. Bar stools are falling apart. Garage door doesn’t work, the sensors keep falling off the wall. Ceiling in kitchen and living room both had water damage that needed to be repaired. Individual chair in living room is broken. The most disturbing part of it all was the active mold problem this unit clearly has. Mold is an issue when the humidity level of a home isn’t properly maintained. They appear to have had substantial water damage that had just been painted over. This unit is run down and in bad shape. Nothing was properly clean. Absolutely not acceptable for a place that cost $3k for 4 nights. Great view and friendly neighbors (owners). Location is prime. Everyone in our house was sick by day 4 because we were breathing in mold day and night.

Great location & nice accommodations

If you are looking for a perfect location on Pensacola Beach, this is it. The accommodations are roomy, comfortable, clean and located across the street from the Gulf facing side of the beach. Also, it is a 15-20 minute drive to Fort Pickens (where you can watch the Blue Angels practice!). A real nice bonus was the garage where you were allowed to park your car. Realize, this is a vertical property (garage on level one, 3 bedrooms on level 2, kitchen & great room on level 3 and a bonus / extra bedroom area on level 4. This wasn’t at all a problem for my group, but might be if you have more mature or handicapped individuals with you. I did have a couple small issues, but the on sight management team was prompt to fix and very nice to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitating renting this property again.

Beautiful property

The property is beautiful with great views. Only complaint would be that about half the time the front door wouldn't latch all the way. But it was not a deal breaker as we still felt safe in that location. Just a heads up to people who may have mobility issues or struggle doing stairs there are a ton of stairs. Its beautiful seeing them but just be aware in case you have mobility issues.

Great Place for a getaway

Beautiful home, very clean, great location. We parked our vehicles and walked everywhere during our stay...beach, dinner, shopping and fun (we enjoyed the UFO mini golf). The property had everything we needed and more.

Had a few issues but the property manager took care of what she could.

Whoever had stayed prior to our arrival had fried something in grease and made a mess that wasn’t cleaned up as it should have been. Has to go and purchase items to clean it up and an air freshener (candle) to get rid of the smell on the kitchen level of the home. Other than the smoke detector on the top floor beeping because the battery died in the smoke detector everything was great. Would rent the unit again in the future if it’s available during our next trip

We had an amazing time. The townhouse was even more beautiful than the pictures. The views from the balcony were the best thing about it. It's in a perfect location also. If you are looking for a place to stay on the phone beach I definitely suggest this one.

Father Son Fishing Trip

A Little Bit of Paradise

I’ll start by saying we were nervous booking this property because at the time there were not may reviews to go on. So I’ll start at the beginning, 30 mins before arrival the property manager called to inform me that we could go directly to the property and we had the door code for our stay. Having a door code is priceless as you don’t have to carry around keys while enjoying the beach. Once inside we were all impressed with how clean and nice the property was. Honestly the pictures on the website don’t do the inside of the property justice. And to make it even better is the balconies on every level facing the beach, excellent for a early morning coffee or a late night drink. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to have a large family dinner and it had more than enough towels for baths. Lastly the location to the beach and restaurants was amazing, everything was a short walk so you didn’t have to worry about moving your car often. ***Disclaimer*** This property have a lot of stairs so if you have a very active toddler, you need to take that into account before booking. It was a little nerve racking whenever my 3 year old got near the stairs.
