We loved our stay! The beach access is right across the street, as well as the trolley stops. Loved the separation of the living space with bedroom upstairs and the tasteful decor. Having the parking space so close was very helpful, as well as the back yard sitting on the lagoon.Steps to get upstairs were a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues, and the grill outback could be cleaned/updated in common area, but those things did not take away from a 5 star experience.

Beach Trip 2025

Our communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very accommodating! This is a place we will be returning in the future! The condo was walking distance to the beach! Fort Pickens State Park was only a short drive. The area had everything our family loves to do ! Beach fun & surf fishing ! With an exceptional condo to return to after a long day of fun in the sun!

Amazing First Time in FL!!

Donna was great! Super responsive and appreciated her hospitality. Loved the condo, it was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed as well! 4 min walk to the beach!! Can’t beat that. I know who to call next time!

Beautiful home away from home! Convenient location for the needs of our trip. Short walk to the beach. Absolutely stunning beach view. Sunsets on the Sound were amazing as well. Our agent was outstanding. She even told us about the Blue Angels fly over, which was a highlight for sure!!

Birthday Get Away

Our stay was amazing!! Usually when we visit Pensacola Beach, we drive - but we flew this time and it was so nice to have EVERYTHING that we needed to enjoy the beach!! The walk was super short and we loved that we could see the beach and the sound from the balcony. Donna was super helpful and also made sure that we knew about the Blue Angels beach buzz. We will be back!!!

Superb experience

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had and we’ve been staying at various condos on Pensacola Beach for the last 25 years. Everything was seamless, from beginning to end. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Donna was super helpful. She was thoughtful enough to text us on Sunday afternoon to let us know that the Blue Angels would be buzzing the beach that evening. I had a couple of questions and she texted back immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo, particularly for a couple. Just be aware that there is no elevator in the complex and there are stairs to get to the unit, as well as stairs in the unit itself. We’ll be staying here again and recommending it to our friends.

The property was clean and as advertised. Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach- approx. 3 min. This was the perfect little place for our weekend getaway. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

This condo was great! A full kitchen with every appliance and dishes anyone would need, we even found food stuff that we forgot, such as olive oil and salt and pepper! The washer and dryer is right there on the balcony and the living room and bedroom is very roomy. Check in and check out was done via phone so you are actually in the condo before you have to worry about it. The Gulf is right across the road and you can call a golf cart for tips or catch a trolley to go anywhere on the island. It’s very quiet and we never once felt unsafe. The property manager, Donna, is only a text away if you need her and she leaves all the information you need in plain sight and texts it to you as well! It’s very affordable for the area and I’d give it 10 stars if I could! It just needs a cigarette butt bucket or two on the grounds because you can’t smoke inside or on the balcony.

Daughter graduation at Pensacola Christian College

We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!

Pensacola Beach Vacation

The property was great. Just as advertised. It was on a quiet part of the beach with a short walk to the gulf and the bay was pretty much in the back yard. Donna was a super property manager. She answered all of our questions and also kept us informed about the the Blue Angels times for "Buzzing the Beach" and their practice sessions. We really had no problems and can't wait to return. Cute, clean, LOCATION!

This property was EXACTLY as advertised online. The cleanliness was top notch, condo was an up to date property! The location was spot on. Only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, not in all the hustle and bustle so quiet, but still close enough to all of the action! The property manager Donna was very responsive and on top of everything! The bed was a bit uncomfortable for our liking, however, everyone is different! If I had to pick a downfall, it would be the stairs! It was a second floor condo, so hauling all of our luggage up, and then once in the condo, the bedroom is on the second floor so we had another flight to haul it up! Our legs got a good work out by the end of the trip! :) We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the beach!
