The woman at the desk was wonderful, but I didn’t have a shower curtain and I couldn’t use the phone. She immediately got a shower curtain and was supposed to send someone up for the phone but I never found out how to use the phone or if it needed to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Our stay was EXCELLENT!! Our room was extremely clean with plenty of linens for use. Picture perfect view. While getting checked in, I explained that this was my daughter's sweet 16 birthday gift since she didn't want a party. The next day, (I do apologize for forgetting her name) called my daughter over and presented a couple of gifts. We deeply appreciate the hospitality of the staff. We will most definitely return. Highly recommend.

Was hit with unknown fees from the hotel upon checking and charged almost 400 dollars over the cost of the stay, talked to and heard from other families with this same issue. Had to beg the front desk to get our roomed cleaned and then all they did was give us toilet paper, towels and empty the trash.

It was a great stay! On the beach access . Options to dine and shop were amazing. I wish hotel would offer free chairs and umbers . Service was great too!
