I thought it was ridiculous to pay to park in the hotel parking lot!!! Never had that happen at any hotel I've stayed at. Realized too late that bar drinks were absurdly high (ex. 2 shots of bourbon--=$24.00!!!). Charged to room, so 3 nights at 1 drink per person was shocking at the cost. Breakfast was not included, so we had to leave and find a place to eat that wasn't as expensive as the hotel's crummy buffet and served better breakfast. person, the amount was a rip-off.

it was a perfect location for me to attend a jazz festival within a mile and a half of the hotel. The staff was excellent, especially the parking lot attendant who helped me when I couldn’t get in my car because the battery had died in the fob… He was able to very quickly replaced it and get me on my way. I will definitely be staying at this location again to explore Pensacola as a tourist thank you for continue. Nick have such a high standard and hiring the right people.
