I’m was a concerned mother being my son was under age which he in the military who had orders to go to Virginia first trip traveling alone help us be ready with all his documents in hand to help reinsure that he was going to be taken care off front desk rep answered all my questions and concerns in timely fashion and understood my concerns also had a shuttle for visitors to go to airport. My son breakfast was good and customer service was very helpful room was very clean and comfortable as he had a long trip and very quiet he was very satisfied and felt safe although was a strange and long journey you had a head he also stated he’ll dif recommend the stay thank you

Bed sheets were not clean there was some spots and little bit hair. We stopped at this hotel to rest as to continue driving +10 hours the music was so loud at the hotel that we could not sleep until 1am the musics stopped and again the music was turned on at 6:30am i called the front desk to ask them to lower it down they did in fact but we were still hear the music in our room and of course the person at the front desk she didn’t apologize or said sorry or anything which was not professional at all. We will not stay here again.

Pancake machine were out although I prefer waffles. I was satisfied. Someone was smoking Marijuana, which the smell interrupted our stay for a few hours. However, the staff call the police to check upon it. Overall I would say I enjoyed it because the hotel was soooo clean and bath products were super useful and smelled delightful!
