First problem there breakfast was limited tonjust grits and toast. The elevator kept breaking. Ther was no extra towels available. Staff members had attitudes The bed was lumpy and not comfortable neither was the pull out for the amount inpaid for mybdays was not worth it will not recommend

It was convenient with the shuttle service for the airport. I would have liked a pan or two in the room for cooking. It also would of been nice if more than oatmeal and grits were the only hot breakfast food. Overall it was ok just expected a little more for the price I paid.

The suite was very large and could comfortably sleep 6 people. Definitely could use a major renovation though to the kitchen area. However, the front desk lady was incredibly rude and miserable. The man working the next morning was nice and more helpful.

Suite but not Sweet. Yes you get a dishwasher… wish no dishes. Yes you have a stove top… with no pots or pans. Yes you have a faucet and sink… with no glasses or silverware. Yes you have a shower with dispensers…. With no shampoo or conditioner. My room must have been the ignored, farthest room to care about (#129). The place looks and feels run down and not cared for. Hallway Floors (or walls?) are smelly and dirty looking.

The hotel itself was good . I saw no bugs on our room as a couple of reviews mentioned. The. Breakfast was not continental. No eggs or meat . The rooms were nice for the price but there was absolutely nothing to cook with ...not even plates cups or any cookware or silverware. There were loud people down the hall and people camping in the woods behind the building. Other than that it was a nice place.

Our stay was great. My family and I was in the area for a family beach trip and chose Pensacola Suites Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super nice and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was fairly clean. The outside was free of trash and so was the lobby. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for us. The only issue we had with our room was it didn't appear to have been vacuumed. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool. We will definitely be back.

Stovetop did not work. Neither did one of the phones. Microwave did not work consistently. No dishes in the room. Called down to get them. Was told it would be 20 minutes, but then shift changed and the order was dropped, although I did get dishes eventually, with additional calling and going down to the desk. We had a problem with our door key that took multiple attempts to fix. No paper cups in the room, and paper towels were stained like they’d gotten wet or dirty. Food service and housekeeping staff were very nice, but front desk staff seemed kind of put out by customer service. Another guest told us the hotel is changing ownership soon and will have a new name soon, so there’s no accountability or concern about poor reviews.
