You would think for the price this would be a nicer, a little more upscale place to stay. Apparently, trashy people have more money to spend on vacations than I realized. It was nothing but cigarette smoke and cigarette butts everywhere. From the pool area to the boardwalk, the rinsing area, the steps out to the beach and the beach area where they sell chairs for $50/day ontop of the overpriced room. Cigarette butts left in the sand everywhere, apparently the cost doesn't include anyone cleaning up after the chair renters. They have overcrowded the pool area with lounge chairs to sell more drinks and food, of which trash is constantly being blown into the pool. The pool itself needs maintenance and repairs, but they aren't going to do that. The contractors they had working sat by the front door smoking the entire time we were there. The balcony we paid extra for had smoke being blown us all day. It's also a local ordiance against smoking on the beach, but apparently no one that works in the hotel, no one that rents the chairs, lifeguards or anyone else is going to do anything about it because the only 2 times we even got to go out to the beach when it wasn't raining there was a bunch of people smoking, tossing cigarette butts in the sand. Leaving trash laying on the beach. It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place. it's too expensive for what it is. We didn't even use the pool, it was just a cesspool of trash, cigarette smoke, and people all up on you.

We stayed for 4 nights. When we checked into our room, we had an issue with one of the televisions working. Maintenance was called 5 times to come and look. After never being seen, we decided to let it go for the night. Next day we noticed our thermostat was not working, turned out the entire 5th floor was having this issue. As well as the ice machine not working for the 5th floor. Finally, the 3rd day, we asked to switch rooms. We were told we had to be out of our current room at 11am and could re check in at 4pm. As we packed up our room, maintenance came to fix the tv. The thermostat eventually came back on but stayed at 74° the rest of our stay. We paid a lot to stay here and we went 2-3 days without some of our amenities not working. Very disappointed. Unsure if we will stay again.

This property used to be very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I frequented this facility. Not any longer. They charge a daily fee to park in the parking lot. They took away the food voucher. Menu at the restaurant is not what it used to be. Rooms smell like animals. If you're going to have a pet friendly facility you need to keep it clean.

I will not be staying at this place again. The staff was not friendly. Trash cans on pool area and level G were overflowing with trash. The breakfast was very basic.(no eggs bacon or fruit). For the price I paid I was expecting a 4-5 star hotel. It was a 3 star. The pool and beach is nice but not the hotel.

The cleanliness is horrible - roaches come out at night in bathroom, carpet in hall needed vacuuming. Spent two days with on and off ac service ! They knew of service to floor so why did we get a room without ac in Florida heat. Noise from other room loud and smokers!

Not worth the money

Don’t stay here if you don’t want to have money stolen from you! The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. Even asked for additional towels and they were never brought up.
