Old hotel. Mattresses are terrible, we had to ask to switch rooms from one king to 2 Queens due to mattress so old there was no way to sleep on it. Still charged at checkout for King room however. Breakfast is decent.

Great spring break hotel

Check in was great. We got there early and our room was ready. The łady am check in was really sweet and made sure all my questions were answered. The lobby was very clean, it had water, coffee, tea and some fruits avaliable all the time. Breakfast rotated every 2 days...not the healthiest choices, but my kids were always happy and kept us full till lunch time. Bikes, paddle boats and kayaks are also available. Never a wait for them - locks were provided with the bikes too so we got to take them for shopping and restaurants. The room.was small, it did have a musky smell. The fridge didnt keep cold, the tv was hard to control, but we got it. The bathroom was clean but it didnt have ventilation. You trade in towels at the front desk. Location of the hotel is amazing! Close to everything..my kids loved to fish at the private beach behind the hotel. The hotel is older and needs updating, but overall our stay was good! Staff is great, especially Elizabeth during breakfast, such a lovely lady!

Very nice stay

Went for a short mother daughter trip for spring break. Everyone at the fron counter were so nice and helpful! My daughter and I loved the free bike rentals ans used them multiple times. The location is perfect. There is a very small private beach and the big beach is right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, perfect location, budget friendly. Will be returning on my next trip to pensacola. FREE bike, kayak rentals was awesome. Short walk to lots of shopping and dining areas, the beach access is perfect for toddlers swimming and very laid back.

The walkways were dirty and the elevator shook with a very loud noise. The chairs in the dining area were ripped and worn. The breakfast was tasty with a very nice server. The waterfront beach and boats were a very nice view.

A nice and cozy hotel at night, booming and excellent service bright and early in the morning, friendly service whenever you need it or even just walking by staff, and so much more! They make you feel at home and so comfortable. Definitely recommend visiting this hotel for your next Pensacola stay!
